On Farm Wellness (Individual & Family). Alexis will come to your farm, asses your overall wellness and design a customized program that might include yoga, meditation, nutrition, breathing and wilderness practices.
Individual & Group Classes. Alexis will come to your farm and design a Yoga, Meditation and/or Breathing class that suits your needs (60 minutes). Free for clients on monthly services.
Community Workshops & Retreats. Alexis will develop a customized workshop for a particular group to meet health needs to enhance wellness. It will have a combination of practical and theory elements from Yoga, Meditation, Breathing, Nutrition and will be delivered in a retreat environment surrounded by wonderful nature.
