I offer independent advice to the agricultural sector in New Zealand and overseas (Australia & South America). TAC can provide you with guidance and advice on managing your farm system/s and getting the most success out of your business while bringing tools & services that would enhance your health and wellbeing.
Alexis Perez created TAC to share his almost 20 years of experience in the dairy industry globally, having farmed and consulted in New Zealand, Australia and South America.
His background is in farm consultancy and management, extension and development programs, providing a holistic approach to improve business and personal health (people, animals, soils & plants). In willing to help agriculture mental health issues, Alexis has taken teacher training in Yoga and Meditation to bring balance between business and personal health. Alexis knows from his own practice the health benefits from ancient practices such as Yoga, Meditation and Breathing, in addition to nutrition and connection with nature.
Health is our biggest asset, and a healthy business needs a healthy mind and body. According to DairyNZ (21 September 2020 Federated Farmers report) “62% of dairy farmers stating they, or someone on their farm, has experienced mental health issues in the past 12 months”.
Key strengths revolve around assessing wellness (business and people’s health) and offer a package that would bring welfare.
